1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Raj Marketing Mysore website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

Raj Marketing Mysore provides mosquito net products including but not limited to:

• Velcro Mosquito Nets
• Aluminium Frame Mosquito Nets
• Pleated Mosquito Nets
• Sliding Mosquito Nets
• Openable Mosquito Nets
• Stainless Steel Mesh Solutions

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• 60% advance payment is required for orders
• Balance payment is due upon completion of work
• Custom orders may require full payment in advance

4. Warranty

• SS Mesh and Pleated Nets: 1-year manufacturer warranty
• Aluminium Frame: 5-year warranty
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
• Physical damage or customer-caused damage may attract additional charges

5. Cancellation and Refund

• 60% advance payment is required at order confirmation
• Refund is limited to 40% of advance payment where applicable
• Ready-material/cancellation deductions may apply
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

6. Delivery and Installation

• Velcro System: Normally 2 days after confirmation
• Frame System: Normally 3 days after confirmation
• Pleated Nets: Normally around 3 days
• Delivery times are subject to workload and availability
• Free site visit within Mysore; ₹15/km outside Mysore

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate measurement information
• Ensure clear access to installation areas
• Notify us of any special requirements in advance
• Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Raj Marketing Mysore and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Raj Marketing Mysore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
